APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR CONTROLLING OPERATION OF KIMCHI STOREHOUSE

PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for controlling the operation of a Kimchi storehouse are provided by performing cooling operation of a Kimchi refrigerator containing a compressor and two evaporators in a state where compressor overload is reduced. Therefore, the operation efficiency of the compressor is improved and power consumption is reduced. And operation stoppage caused by over heat also is previously prevented. CONSTITUTION: Any one of a Kimchi storehouse in overload conditions in which the outdoor air temperature such as summer days is high or/and a compressor is operated continuously for a long period time is subjected to cooling operation and another is then done. The apparatus for controlling the Kimchi storehouse operation comprises an outdoor air temperature detector for detecting the outdoor air temperature around the compressor and a control part for controlling the compressor and an on-off valve to perform cooling operation successively on each storehouse when the detected outdoor temperature is above a reference temperature and a continuous operation time is above a reference temperature.
