PURPOSE: An interconnection service method is provided to eliminate complex when trade-concerned persons contact plural agents and to induce service-provision competition from plural certificated agents. CONSTITUTION: A trade-concerned person and a realty agent register as a member through the Internet, and connect to an intermediation service(S100, S200, S210, S300). The trade-concerned person registers realty details, a trade condition and a service condition(S400, S500, S510). After classifying and publishing an information class of the registered realty(S700, S800, S900), the realty agent presents a provision service corresponding to the condition presented by the trade-concerned person(S1000). A dedicated mediator is selected by rating provision services presented from mediators(S1100, S1200). The dedicated mediator concludes a promise with the trade-concerned person on a cyber, and the dedicated mediator concludes a papered mediation contract with the trade-concerned person(S1300). The dedicated mediator plays a mediation role and periodically reports a mediation result to the trade-concerned person.
