PURPOSE: A radiating device for a communication cable is provided to radiate simply heat generated from interior of the cable toward a ground or underground using a heating pipe having heat transfer medium, and to be simply constructed with a simple structure. CONSTITUTION: A main body(12) comprises a base(B) lengthwise extended within a communication cable(30) under which a plurality of source lines(32) are mounted, and a hollow part(14) in which heat transfer medium is filled. A plurality of radiation fins(16) have a radiation part(18) which the heat transfer medium heated through the hollow part(14) is input to, and are formed integrally over the main body(12). Further, a cooling fan(20) may be installed over the main body.
