PURPOSE: A method and a system for constructing an apartment homepage are provided to enable a user who does not know a homepage constructing language or an exclusive editor to manufacture a homepage as the unit of apartment easily. CONSTITUTION: If a user requests a connection as a master member or a general member, the user's identity is certified(ST20). If the user requests a connection as a master member, a homepage is manufactured, modified and stored by outputting a specific menu being stored in a server as a pre-manufactured state for constructing or modifying an apartment homepage(ST23). If the user requests a connection as a general member, a personal homepage is manufactured or modified by outputting a specific menu being stored in a server as a pre-manufactured state for constructing or modifying a general personal homepage(ST26). If a general personal homepage is manufactured completely, the general personal homepage is registered in the apartment homepage and the homepages are linked therewith.
