<p>The suggested door frieze (1, 5) intended for panel door consists of surface sawn veneers (2) having located therebetween an internal core (3). The core(3) is formed by inner lamellas (4), optionally a wood edging (6). The door frieze (1, 5) is made of a compact wood and is connected on all contact areas by means of water resistant, waterproof and elastic adhesive. Width ( i4) of the inner lamellas (4), optionally with the width ( i6) of the wood edging (6) forms thickness (ti3) of the internal core (3), whereby the sum of their thicknesses (ti4) forms the width ( i1) of the door frieze (1, 5). The inner lamellas (4), optionally also the wood edging (6) have longitudinal orientation of the wood fibers in the direction of the door frieze (1, 5) length (di1, di5) (1, 5), being parallel to longitudinal orientation of the surface veneers (2) fibers. The internal core (3), the surface sawn veneers (2) and optionally also the wood edging (6) of the invented door frieze (1, 5) are made of compact wood of the same wood species or also of at least two wood species.</p> |
