PURPOSE: A recording/playback device using an optical recording medium is provided to minimize the wobbling signal mixed in radio frequency signals and crosstalk generated due to an adjacent track. CONSTITUTION: An optical disk has signal tracks(40,42) formed by same phase wobbling regions(44A) and different phase wobbling regions(44B). The wobbling regions alternate widthwise the signal tracks. The width of the same phase wobbling region is larger than the width of the different phase wobbling region. According to the track width of the different phase wobbling region, the minimum width of a track is increased. Therefore, mixing of wobbling signals into radio frequency signals and crosstalk occurring due to a minimum track width are minimized. |
