PURPOSE: A power energy service method is provided to enable a plurality of Internet users to receive power energy only through the Internet directly. CONSTITUTION: A web page designed by a picture for issuing power energy is stored in a server. When Internet users connect to the web pages, the Internet users suffer the power energy through the picture displayed on a monitor. In order to obtain the same power energy sensitivity as the original picture from a scanned file using a conventional scanner, a scanner of A4 standard is selected as a basic model, and four lenses each having a diameter of about 1 centimeter, which is connected with a charge coupled device for receiving picture information, scan the picture so as to comprise a focus at which the four lenses are placed. |
