PURPOSE: A method for repairing a fractured buried tank is provided to easily repair a broken tank and to lengthen the life span of a tank. CONSTITUTION: A buried tank is emptied and cleaned. Soap is treated to be in the state like gel. The gaps of the tank are stuffed with the gel type soap, and the stuffed portion is ground. The ground portion is coated with a quick-hardening resin. After the inside of the tank is dried, the entire inner face of the tank is coated with the oil-proof FRP(Fiber Reinforced Plastic) resin in a specific thickness. According to the FRP-coated layer, the life span of the tank is extended.
