PURPOSE: Provided are a method and an equipment for extracting Rhus verniciflua extract, thereby extracting toxin free urushiol compounds without adding additives such as organic solvents. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of: processing Rhus verniciflua; heat-distilling the processed Rhus verniciflua with steam in an extraction tank or mixing it with water followed by boiling. The Rhus verniciflua can be selected from the group consisting of wood chip, sawdust and cortex thereof.
