LUBRICATOR OF AIR ACTUATOR

PURPOSE: A lubricator of an air actuator is provided to reduce the costs for maintenance and lubrication by using an air line as an air lubricator and to surely lubricate a pneumatic device spaced far from a pneumatic device consuming a small amount of air by using the oil mist generated in a pipe. CONSTITUTION: A portion of the air passing through a main line(11) is separated from an adapter(12). After passing through a ball valve(20a), the air passes through an air filter(10). Pressure of the air is set up in an air decompressing valve(20). With repeated on/off motion of a pneumatic solenoid valve(13), a compressing cylinder(14) moves upwardly and downwardly to increase the pressure of the air. The air faces a head of a device. A venturi(41) mists the air. When the air passes through the venturi, oil(24) in an oil tank(23) is misted. The oil mist is delivered to air actuators. The actuators are operated smoothly by the oil mist.
