PURPOSE: An apparatus for measuring a digital clock phase difference is provided to measure accurately a phase difference between two clocks by using a voltage charged in a capacitor and a characteristic of charge voltage of the capacitor. CONSTITUTION: An AND gate(301) receives two digital clocks. The AND gate(310) has two input portions including an input portion having an inverter(301a) and an input portion without an inverter. The signal received from the input portion having the inverter(301a) is inverted by the inverter(301a). The AND gate output the signals of high value when two input signals are high values. A capacitor(302) receives the output signals from the AND gate(301) and charges output voltage. An analog/digital converter(303) is used for outputting numerically the voltage charged in the capacitor(302) according to an output of the AND gate(301).
