PURPOSE: An automatic dialing phone is provided so that a user can conveniently receive an interpretation service by simply pressing one button to pass through a service access and a password confirmation procedure. CONSTITUTION: A regulator(1) supplies power to operate an automatic dialing phone. A central processing unit(2) processes data. A read only memory(3) stores communication protocols for dialing and passwords. A read and memory(4) is also provided. A serial communication port(6) enables connection to a personal computer(5). An interface device(7) controls an input unit(8) and an output unit(9). When a signal is inputted from the input unit(7), it is transmitted to the central processing unit(2) through the interface device(7). The central processing unit(2) receiving the signal controls the read only memory(3) and the read and memory(4), and transmits information of the read only memory(3) and the read and memory(4) through the output unit(9). The output unit(9) is connected to a cellular phone through a cable, thereby starting dialing. The read and memory(4) stores passwords. Since the read and memory(4) can perform read and write operations through the personal computer(5), it can register or change the passwords.
