PURPOSE: A sirius is provided to measure an angle or inclination by using the horizontality of liquid. CONSTITUTION: A sirius is created from the black hole. The sirius is designed by considering the existence of an object in a four-dimensional concept according to flow of time. If a two-dimensional line, surface, space or time is shaped and filled with water or sand to be used in a ship, the inclination of the ship is measured. The sirius measures the angle of inclination by using liquid and a sphere. Therefore, the inclination is measured without regard to places.
