PURPOSE: A spine treatment device is provided, in which a treating equipment moves forward, backward, upward and downward and the noise generated is minimized by using one motor and closing the motor with noise blocking structure. The device having a simple movement source, is easy to assemble and maintain, offering wide freedom in designing the product. The treating equipment, height of which is controllable, moves along the spine massaging with a precise force while massaging force by men differs time to time. CONSTITUTION: The device comprises of: a pair of case(1) which is covered by the mat(6) externally, having a guiding empty space(2) in the middle in a length direction and is placed on the top of a base plate of board plank type; a rack gear(3) with gear teeth at the top part, fixed in a length direction to the bottom part of the above guiding empty space(2); a treating equipment(10) with a massaging wheel, situated in the above guiding empty space, having different positions by the revolving power generated by the interaction of the rack gear(3); and a moving power source(20), situated in the empty space at one side of the above plate, generating front and back motion and delivering the power to the treating equipment.
