PURPOSE: An Internet advertisement producing method is provided to enhance advertisement effects for home pages of users by allowing the users to easily manufacture their own advertisements. CONSTITUTION: An advertisement producing server(100) includes a user input page transmitting unit(102), an advertisement image producing unit(104), an advertisement image producing unit(106) and a user order processing unit(108), and is connected to an advertisement format database(110), an advertisement distributing database(120) and a mail server(140). The user order processing unit(108) receives requests of users for mail service, and the mail server(140) transmits e-mails attached with the corresponding advertisement data image into counterparts of the users. A home page producing server(130) is connected to the advertisement distributing database(120), and inserts advertisement images from the advertisement distributing database(120) into home pages of the users.
