PURPOSE: A food refuse disposal machine is provided, to treat a large amount of food refuse containing much moisture by compacting, crushing and drying to produce animal feed and compost of good quality. CONSTITUTION: The food refuse disposal machine comprises a hopper(1), a screw feeder(2), conveyors(3,4), a blower(5), a fine powder crusher(8) and a packing machine(11). The hopper(1) can receive 11 tons of food refuse and through the screw feeder(2) moisture content of the food refuse is reduced by 50 to 60%. At the conveyor(3) moisture of the food refuse evaporates by high temperature and high heat capacity and sterilization, maturation and deodorization are conducted and at conveyor(4) vinyl and metals are separated. Saw dust is pulverized at saw dust crusher(6), is transferred to fine dust crusher(10) to get fine dust of 1.0 to 2.0 mm in size and the saw dust is then fed to mix with food refuse. |
