PURPOSE: Laser welding device and torch enabling spot welding are provided in which replacement due to abrasion of a tip is not required since the tip is not needed during spot welding, the process is simplified so that weaving of a welding robot is disappeared, the device is more simplified as cooling unit, dressing, cutter and cooling filter are not necessary, thereby reducing costs while improving working efficiency. CONSTITUTION: The laser welding device enabling spot welding comprises a laser generating heat for welding; a power supply supplying electric power to the laser; a torch which is an outlet of the laser beam and has a pressing type nozzle pressing a welding object; and a fixing side for pressing the welding object from the opposite side of the torch. The laser welding torch enabling spot welding comprises a beam scanner(31) from which laser beam is scanned; a nozzle(32) which is more and more narrowed when it goes to an end part, a pressing part(32a) is formed on the end part, which is installed at the outer side of the beam scanner(31), and the pressing part(32a) is formed longer than the beam scanner(31); and a connection part(33) connecting the beam scanner(31) with the nozzle(32), wherein a welding object is spot welded by simultaneously pressing the torch as well as a fixing side at the opposite side of the torch to the welding object and using laser beam. |
