PURPOSE: An integrated financial system based on the Internet network and an administration method therefor are provided to reduce a price of the goods by cutting down a payment authentication fee, by enabling a purchaser to accumulate cyber money in a cyber bank, purchase the goods in a shopping mall site with cyber money, and receive payment authentication from the cyber bank. CONSTITUTION: At least one purchaser computer(100), at least one seller computer(200) and a cyber bank computer(300) are connected with one another through the Internet network. The purchaser computer(100) accesses the cyber bank computer(300) through the Internet network, inputs personal information according to a form from the cyber bank computer(300), and receives a member number and virtual account. The purchaser computer(100) accumulates cyber money in the virtual account. The cyber money is issued by the cyber bank computer(300) to be exchanged with cash in a predetermined ratio. The purchaser computer(100) accesses a shopping mall site of the seller computer(200) through the Internet network, selects the wanted goods, and purchases the goods with the cyber money. The cyber bank computer(300) includes an authentication server(320), a payment authentication server(340) and a member management database(360).
