PURPOSE: An online stock exchange system using a credit card is provided for stock investors to take part in stock exchange without cash, by using a limit amount of their credit cards, when they do not have stock accounts of a special stock company. CONSTITUTION: A communication network(10) includes wire/wireless Internet, and connects a communication line among a plurality of stock investor computers(20), at least one credit card company server(40), a stock company server(50) and a server computer(30) for performing data communication relating to an online stock exchange service using a credit card. The plurality of stock investor computers(20) output user authentication data and credit card information input from stock investors to the server computer(30) upon the request of the server computer(30), and receive a transaction result of a special stock from the server computer(30). The server computer(30) inquires a credit card limit amount of the corresponding stock investor to the credit card company server(40), determines a total amount of the stock investment of the corresponding stock investor, and outputs the transaction data of the special stock to the stock company server(50).
