PURPOSE: A device and a method for arranging wires are provided to efficiently arrange wires by preventing the inclination of the wires due to horizontal force. CONSTITUTION: A wire arranging device(31) comprises a metal plate(33) having round grooves(36) and internal threaded portions(37); many wire rods(32) fitted in the round grooves of the metal plate; and a support panel(34) having internal threaded portions(38) to be combined with the metal plate and to close the bottom face of the metal plate. Wires to be laid are fitted in the wire arranging device. The wires are placed in a specific place. When all the wires are arranges, the wires are fixed and the wire arranging device is separated from the wires.
