PURPOSE: A system for developing product and service using the Internet is provided to receive various ideas from a plurality of consumers and traders to utilize the ideas to develop a product and a service, and to give a suitable compensation to a provider of a selected idea. CONSTITUTION: First, a user accesses to a web of a good or service provider through his computer to provide ideas related to the good or service. Next, the good or service provider stores, classifies and estimates the provided ideas and then inform the estimation results to the idea provider and pays a suitable compensation to the idea provider. Finally, the good or service provider selects the provided ideas. Further, the web of the good or service provider consists of a controller, a DB, an output part and a communication part.
