PURPOSE: An adhesion medium and its preparation method are provided, which adhesion medium is used to adhere a foaming insulating material to a synthetic resin panel strongly and firmly. CONSTITUTION: The adhesion medium(1) comprises non-woven(2); and polypropylene or polyethylene which is formed on the one side of the non-woven(2) and where a synthetic resin panel(3) is adhered. The adhesion medium(1) is placed between a synthetic resin panel(3) and a foaming insulating material(4) to adhere them to each other, wherein the non-woven(2) is adhered to the foaming insulating material(4) and the polypropylene or polyethylene is adhered to the synthetic resin panel(3). The method comprises the steps of melting polypropylene or polyethylene; coating the molten one onto the non-woven uniformly; and cooling it to solidify polypropylene or polyethylene to make an adhesion medium. The adhesion medium is adhered to the synthetic resin panel and the foaming insulating material by placing the adhesion medium between the panel and the insulating material and heating polypropylene or polyethylene.
