PURPOSE: A business item finding method is provided to connect the patent application work of patent law offices and the incubation work of venture incubation companies to create high value-added. CONSTITUTION: First, an attorney list for providing patent services is provided to clients accessed to a server computer. Then, the clients directly select an attorney for application service from the list. Next, information related to patents, utility models or designs to be applied are transferred to the selected attorney and then the agent contract for application is contracted. Finally, the information related to patents, utility models or designs to be applied are also transferred to a venture incubation company having a confidential maintenance duty for examining the success probability.
