PURPOSE: An electronic commerce method is provided to enable a member to show a virtual model house every corner, change an interior freely, and receive an estimation sheet reflecting a house price variation based on the interior change. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of viewer terminals and a client computer terminal are connected with a simulation server via a communication line, and a client is connected with the simulation server via the Internet communication line. The client is registered at the simulation server through simulation fabrication. The client requests fabrication using a telephone or a computer terminal(S1). A fabricated simulation is registered at the simulation server(S2). The simulation server shows the registered simulation(S3), and synthesizes selected options to provide an expected estimation sheet of a house price(S4).
