PURPOSE: A dust collecting filter of an air conditioner is provided to increase the dust collecting efficiency and to improve the assembling property of a dust collecting filter by corrugating the dust collecting filter into wave form. CONSTITUTION: A dust collecting filter is mounted at an intake port of a cabinet to purify air sucked through an intake grill. A discharge grill is mounted at the front side of the cabinet to discharge heat-exchanged air into a room. The dust collecting filter includes a base frame(51) having plural assembling holes(51a) at both insides, a filter member(53) collecting dust, a pin(54) inserted into both ends of the filter member and having snap pins(54a) inserted into the assembling holes of the base frame, and a cover frame(52) connected to the base frame. The filter member has corrugated surface to improve the dust collecting rate. Thereby, the dust collecting performance of the dust collecting filter is improved as the air-flowing sectional area increases.
