PURPOSE: An independent driving type multi-head embroidering machine is provided, which is characterized by having simple structure, simplifying an operating process, having low noise and low vibration, and increasing durability and maximizing effect of work because one embroidering machine accomplishes various embroidering works simultaneously. CONSTITUTION: The independent driving type multi-head embroidering machine is comprised of: heads(5) which are arranged on the upper part of a working table(3) at proper interval, constituting many groups; a needle bar installed in the head to slide upward and downward; a vertical driving device which is installed on one side of the head, transferring the needle bar above and below; a flywheel installed on the lower part of the needle bar to correspond to the needle bar vertically; a small motor installed on a rotating axis of the flywheel; many embroidering frames which are installed on the upper side of the working table, being possible to move in the directions of the X axis and the Y axis respectively; guide rails of the X axis direction on the embroidering frame; guide rails of the Y axis direction on the embroidering frame; driving linear motors of Y axis transferring on following the guide rails and moving the embroidering frame in the Y axis direction; and a controller(11) controlling driving of many vertical driving devices, many small motors and many driving linear motors of X axis and Y axis. |
