PURPOSE: A camera system for observing a small-diameter tube is provided for a worker to check the distortion, breaking or protrusion by foreign material of a small-diameter tube as well as crossing of connecting pipes easily by observing a laser band formed by the inner shape of the small-diameter tube through a camera. CONSTITUTION: A camera system consists of a camera head(10), a light unit, a connecting bar(21), a laser unit(30) and a balancing unit. The camera head has a smaller diameter than one of a communication tube to move through the inside of the small-diameter communication tube and includes a camera(11). The embedded camera is used with a CCTV(Closed-Circuit Television) camera. A lens(12) of the camera is installed in the center of front surface of the camera head to take pictures lengthwise the communication tube. The light unit includes plural LED(Light Emitting Diode) lamps to light the dark inside of the communication tube. The connecting bar is installed to set the laser unit on the front surface away from the camera head. The laser unit diffuses visible laser beam toward the inner wall of the tube. The balancing unit is mounted to set the camera head in the center of the communication tube. When visible laser beam is emitted to the inner wall of a communication tube, the diameter states of the tube is checked easily. Therefore, the damaged degree of the tube is checked easily. |
