PURPOSE: An apparatus and method for dealing used cars are provided to connect used car dealers to the franchise stores, and associate individual used car sales of respective franchise stores to an integrated sales of a main branch. CONSTITUTION: A franchise store sales web site(220a) and a main branch sales web site(220b) can be created as individual web sites, or a car owner can write sales information and standard sales information in one web site. When the franchise store sales web site(220a) and the main branch sales web site(220b) are individual web sites, the used car information and price of the sales web site(220a) are deleted after the transfer of the car, and the standard sales information including the car information and the standard sales price is written on the sales web site(220b). On the other hand, when the car owner writes the sales information and the standard sales information on one web site, the main branch becomes the car owner after the transfer of the car. In addition, the used car information can be written on an auction web site(230) corresponding to the main branch. Accordingly, a client can access the franchise store sales web site(220a), the main branch sales web site(220b) or the auction web site(230) to buy the used car.
