PURPOSE: A wired and wireless hands-free equipment is provided to make a portable phone call through a hands-free earphone and a microphone at places except a car and to input voice through the microphone and hear the output of voice of the other party through an FM radio. CONSTITUTION: An amplification unit(10) receives an input of a voice signal outputted from an earphone jack(3) of a portable phone and amplifies this voice signal. A crystal oscillation unit(20) performs a frequency oscillation for modulating the signal outputted from the amplification unit so that the signal can be transmitted. A mixing unit(30) mixes the amplified voice signal with the oscillated frequency and performs an FM modulation. A power amplification unit(40) amplifies a power to transmits the FM modulated signal through an antenna(5). A hands-free ear microphone(4) is connected through the earphone jack(3) of the portable phone by wire.
