PURPOSE: A method for processing business affairs between a head office and stores is provided so that competitiveness of a company can be improved by easily analyzing a vertical/horizontal business affairs state between the head office and stores according to the application service providing technology. CONSTITUTION: A purchaser orders a special article in a special store(2). A head office totalizes orders of each store(4). The head office registers loading quantity according to the totalized orders(6). The store processes the ordered article according to the loading quantity information of the head office(8). When the article is delivered, the store registers storage of the article by bar code scanning(10). All the articles have bar codes printed. The store checks the stock with reference to entrance registration of the delivered article(12). The head office checks the stock of each store(14). The store sells the article(16). Upon the purchaser's request, the article is sold in the designated store. The head office confirms the sales state of each store(18). The store confirms whether the purchaser demands an after-sales service(20). When the purchaser demands the after-sales service, the corresponding store provides the after-sales service to the purchaser(22). The head office totalizes the after-sales service state(24), and provides the after-sales service to the purchaser through the designated store(26).
