PURPOSE: To back a stacker crane up by advancing a manual truck into a process by mounting the truck on an auxiliary truck, even if the stacker crane within the process fails. CONSTITUTION: The auxiliary truck 20 is provided to back the stacker crane up within the process and is normally made to stand by on a passage 12 side. When using the auxiliary truck 20, the manual truck 22 is mounted on the auxiliary truck 20, the auxiliary truck 20 is controlled from the manual truck 22, and transfers and carryings are performed within the process.
