PURPOSE: To provide a trimming circuit in which the resistance can be adjusted bidirectionally on the premise that trimming is not required every time when the resistance is adjusted. CONSTITUTION: The trimming circuit A comprises first and second resistors R1, R2, a first trimming means or a Zener diode Z1, a second trimming means or a fuse F1. A parallel circuit of the first resistor R1 and the Zener diode Z1 is connected in series with a parallel circuit of the second resistor R2 and the fuse F1. Resistance can be adjusted bidirectionally by using the fuse F1 for adjusting the resistance higher than the resistance of the trimming circuit A under untrimmed state and using the Zener diode Z1 for adjusting the resistance to a low value.
