PURPOSE: An Internet advertising system and method is provided to increase advertisement effect by enabling users to search the advertisement, by providing cyber money relevant to the advertisement to the users, thereby enabling the users to use the cyber money in case that the users receive charged services. CONSTITUTION: An Internet advertising system(100) is equipped with an advertisement server(200), an advertiser computer(300) and a charged site(400). The advertisement server(200) is equipped with a function for enabling users to select a specific advertisement and providing cyber money to the users. The advertiser computer(300) is operated by an advertiser of the advertisement. In addition, the advertiser computer(300) exposed a web site including advertisement information to the users. The charged site(400) is connected to the advertisement server(200) and the advertiser computer(300) through the Internet.
