PURPOSE: A towing device of a rescue vehicle is provided to improve stability in storing the towing device or towing vehicles by holding an insertion arm with a locker and a horizontal arm with a turning piece. CONSTITUTION: A towing device of a rescue vehicle is composed of a turning piece(10) having a fitting groove(10a) installed in an outrigger installation bar(8) placed in the rear part of a vertical arm(1); a pin(11) formed in a horizontal arm(3); a locker(13) having a fitting sill(13a) installed in the vertical arm; and a pin(15) mounted in a protruded end(5) of an insertion arm. The horizontal arm is prevented from being pulled back, and the insertion arm and the horizontal arm are prevented from falling with hooking the turning piece on the pin of the vertical arm and the locker on the pin of the protruded end in releasing hydraulic pressure. The stability is improved with holding the horizontal arm by the turning piece and supporting the insertion arm by the locker in using or storing the towing apparatus.
