PURPOSE: An electronic commercial transacting system constructing a franchiser using a cyber market, an Internet market trademark is provided to perform an electronic commercial transaction having a coefficient of reliability by supplying a quality guarantee document with respect to a commodity in a shopping mall. CONSTITUTION: Two blocks(10,11) for performing a specific task and databases(7,8,9) for storing digital information of three file form are provided. A web server(6) enables a user(10) to perform an Internet search and perform an electronic commercial transaction. The web server(6) may receive a search according to shopping malls from a user(12) and has a transmitting function of the web server(6). The web server(6) embodying an electronic commercial transaction suggests a necessary shopping mall environment to the user(12) and embodies each processing method through a block diagram. A medium is transmitted to the web server(6) by a mobile phone, a general telephone, a bidirectional calling device, and a portable radio(1) through a wire/wireless telephone line and by a computer having a web client function and a PC/TV(2) through a wire/wireless Internet line and by an artificial satellite(3) through an artificial satellite line and by a film, a broadcasting, a micro film and digital data(CD)(4) through a medium transmitting line and by a broadcasting camera(5) through a broadcasting transmitting line. The web server(6) transmits a task to the user(12) by a shopping mall storing device(7), a quality guarantee and advertisement storing device(8), and a VIP client storing device(9) through a block diagram. The web server(6) stores a shopping mall in the shopping mall storing device(7). The user(12) may search a foodstuffs related shopping mall being classified as a cyber market(10) through a quality guarantee and advertisement storing device(8).
