PURPOSE: An apparatus for recycling and processing a metal mounted on a supporting frame of a roll grinder is provided which restrains abrasion of a metal mounted on the supporting frame of the roll grinder, prevents shape changing of the metal and easily processes the shape of the contact surface of the roll journal part. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus for recycling and processing a metal mounted on a supporting frame of a roll grinder comprises an upper body part which is equipped with a slag removal means, and in which a die frame cohesion means is installed at the body that is rotated around a fixed axis, wherein the die frame cohesion means comprises a cylinder(5), dies connected to the cylinder, and a die frame(12) which is equipped with a molten metal injector and attached to the dies; a lower body part in which the die frame(12) of the upper body part is closely adhered to a metal body part support means moving back and forth in a width direction of the body, wherein the metal body part support means comprises a fixed jog, a block(39) and a moving jog(21) which are attached to the upper part of the fixed jog, and a fixed screw assembled to the fixed jog, the block and the moving jog, and guider bars are installed at both sides of the cylinder; a metal recycling part for injecting molten metal in a metal ladle which is rotated as it is moved side to side in a length direction of the lower body part into the die frame(12) of the upper body part; and a metal processing part in which a metal recycled by the metal recycling part is processed by a byte as the body is being rotated according to the rotation of a headstock, wherein a handle equipped with a pinion gear is installed at the body of the upper body part.
