PURPOSE: A method and an apparatus for promptly making a successful bid in electronic commerce are provided to activate electronic commerce in case that the seller or the purchaser provides conditions, thereby simultaneously performing the electronic commerce. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of the first commerce participates in commerce for a product. After that, the commerce desirers make a plurality of commerce price desired. The commerce desirers refer to commerce application registration information including the prices and accumulated volume of commerce desired of the prices. In addition, the commerce desirers accept a bid for the price selected by the second commerce desirer among the prices. In case that the second desirer accepts the bid, a commerce between the first commerce desirers and the second desirer is promptly and accepted. Therefore, the desirers refer to information on accumulated amount to be purchased and total amount of the commerce. In case that the commerce desirers select the amount, the commerce is promptly accepted.
