PURPOSE: A crimped-conjugated yarn having excellent touch, repulsive elasticity, drapability, bulkiness and color, and a base device thereof are provided, which is characterized by preventing curved-yarn, having excellent spinnability and improving crimp tendency. CONSTITUTION: The crimped-conjugated yarn is comprised of monofilaments bonded with low viscosity of thermoplastic resin(A) and high viscosity of thermoplastic resin(B) on side-by-side type. On a longitudinal cross-section of the monofilament, the interface between low viscosity of the thermoplastic resin(A) and high viscosity of the thermoplastic resin(B) is shown on periodic wave-form. On the base device, flow channels which are set on the upside of a base plate(2), lead the polymers from a distributing plate(1) to the base plate(2). The flow channels have spiral type. Or the bottom sides of the flow channels incline on 5-50degree of angle. |
