BURNER OF GAS HEATER

PURPOSE: A burner of a gas heater is provided to improve productivity and to reduce the production cost by simplifying the production process. CONSTITUTION: A burner of a gas heater is manufactured by integrally forming many burners in a burner body. A burner body(20) is formed by combining two metal plates. The burner body has many inlet portions(23), many chambers(25) formed in the front face of the inlet portions in a venturi shape, and many burner heads(27) formed in a round shape to insert flame stabilizers(40) to the front face of the chambers. Flame propagating units(29) are formed at both sides of the burner head. The flame stabilizer consists of a disk unit(41) having many holes and a connecting unit(45) connecting disk units. The flames formed in the flame stabilizer are transmitted to adjacent burners via the flame propagating units. By connecting the stabilizer having integrated disk unit and connecting unit to the burner body, production and assembling procedure is simplified.
