The binoculars, comprising an object lens (1), a light intensifier tube (2) and a separator (3) which transmits the image along two optical channels (4, 5) to eye-pieces (6, 7), incorporates an image projector (9), linked to an acquisition unit (11), to project a complementary image onto the separator. The acquisition unit can be set to view the same or different scene to the object lens, and the complementary image is also separated by reflection/transmission and passed through the two optical channels.
