PURPOSE: A transfer car for removing slag and preventing leakage of molten steel is provided which reduces slag cumulation on the transfer car as well as damages of facility and safety accidents, and improves workability and productivity. CONSTITUTION: The transfer car for removing slag and preventing leakage of molten steel comprises a slag removing part in which slag is removed by ascent and descent of a tilting cover(28) according to the operation of a cylinder; a tilting cover cooling part supplying cooling water to a cooling jacket(29) installed under the tilting cover(28) through a cooling water supply line and a cooling water moving line(35); automatic scattering valves which are connected to the cooling water moving line(35) so as to discharge cooling water; a control part which controls the operation of the cylinder, and prevents a leakage of molten steel in a ladle by sensing whether a nozzle installed at the ladle is cutout or not; and a hook separation preventing part preventing separation of hooks holding trunnions of the ladle, wherein the control part comprises a nozzle intermittence sensing sensor(37), a load cell(33) installed at the transfer car, and a central processing unit(40) displaying the compression load on a control panel by receiving a compression load of the load cell(33), and the hook separation preventing part comprises a roller type compression sensor(26) contacted with the hooks, a wireless transmitter connected to the roller type compression sensor(26), and a wireless receiver(24) connected to the wireless transmitter.
