PURPOSE: A portable barbecue grate is provided to easily carry along, install, and keep, to conveniently manipulate and to heat a food by using a small amount of electricity. CONSTITUTION: A portable barbecue grate comprises: an upper body(100) having a door(130) and a motor case including a timer; a pair of rotating plates(140) supporting a skewer; and a lower body(200) having a charcoal container(220) including a burner(242), a regulator connected with the burner and a grease gutter(210). The barbecue grate is kept in a bag while legs(230) are folded. A food is fixed on the skewer. The skewer is inserted to a skewer holder(140). Power is applied to a DC motor of the motor case, and the burner is ignited. A drive gear(114) is rotated by manipulating the timer. With rotation of the drive gear, the rotating plates rotate. Then, the food is rotated by the rotating plates. The grease flowing from the foods is collected in the grease gutter.
