ROLL POLISHING STONE FOR ROLLER TABLE

PURPOSE: A roll polishing stone for a roller table is provided in which the roller is easily polished, a life cycle of the roller is extended, and the polishing stone is easily assembled and exchanged. CONSTITUTION: In a polishing stone(1) for polishing a roller for a roller table(A), the roll polishing stone for the roller table is formed by ordinarily molding a mixture of raw materials for the polishing stone(1) comprising about 65.0 to 69.0 wt.% of Carborundum, about 19.0 to 22.0 wt.% of phenol resin, and small amounts of a promoting agent and a porous agent at a heating temperature of about 130 to 150 deg.C during molding, wherein shock absorbing rubber(6) is adhered onto the upper part of the polishing stone(1), inclined surfaces(2) are formed at both sides of the lower end parts of the polishing stone(1), concave shaped joint grooves(3) are formed on both surfaces of the polishing stone(1) in a length direction so that the polishing stone(1) is assembled to or separated from fixed bars(5) which are formed on a polishing stone fixed plate with spaced apart from each other in a certain distance.
