PURPOSE: A unified electronic commerce operating system is provided to enable new product development and product quality upgrade by storing various information of products and consumer tastes into a database while providing necessary information to manufacturers and consumers in real time. CONSTITUTION: Nationwide shops are unified(S10), and POS systems are established in the nationwide shops(S20). Product and price information of manufacturers(S22) and purchase information of consumers(S21) are stored into a database(S30). Stored information is provided to the manufacturers and users via real time service. The Information helps the manufacturers upgrade quality of their products. The nationwide shops and the database are unified into an electronic commerce operating system(S40). The users save time and cost by obtaining product information and purchasing various products via the electronic commerce operating system.
