SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR PROCESSING CIVIL APPLICATION CORRESPONDING TO PERMIT OF ADVERTISEMENT THROUGH NETWORK

PURPOSE: A system and method for processing civil application corresponding to permit of advertisement are provided for a civil applicant to conveniently process civil affairs without visiting a public office, by enabling an advertiser to mediate civil applications and permission. CONSTITUTION: A civil applicant(10) who is an advertiser requests production of an advertisement to an advertisement agency(12). The advertisement agency(12) who is a member of an advertisement permission site(14) accesses the advertisement permission site(14), inputs a kind and a size of the advertisement demanded by the civil applicant(10), confirms a fee of the advertisement permission, files a permission and report application form, and remits the fee. An approval and permission department(18) of a composite civil affairs office(16) receives the permission and report application form, transmits it to a civil application acceptance certificate management department(20), and notifies the acceptance result to the advertisement agency(12) through an E-mail. The advertisement agency(12) transmits the acceptance result to the civil applicant(10). In addition, the civil applicant(10) can confirm various information through the advertisement permission site(14).
