<p>A double use inner brake and an inner derailleur for bikes include a post frame (3), plural posts (4) and plural brake plates (21) in the inner brake. The post frame (3) receives reverse direction power output from an inner gear (14) of the inner derailleur and by pulling a hand brake to move the plural posts (4) push the brake plates (21) outward to produce braking function.
