PURPOSE: A method and system for supporting medial expense are provided so that members can receive an integrated service of an installment financial service, cash-back service, insurance service and medical treatment reservation service, by forming the medical expense support service including reservation, medical examination and payment on a network. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of individual member terminals(115) include general personal computers accessible to an integrated server(100) through a wire/wireless network, personal digital assistants for collecting, storing, writing and searching information, and cellular phones accessible to the integrated server(100) through a wireless Internet. Here, the integrated server(100) basically provides a medical expense support service, and also provides an integrated service relating to the medical treatment, such as an installment financial service, cash-back service, insurance service and medical treatment examination service. In addition, the integrated server(100) is connected with an insurance server(110) for guaranteeing an operation result and providing the insurance service. The integrated server(100) connects the individual member terminals(115) to hospital member terminals(120) for providing a high quality medical service.
