PURPOSE: An elevational partition which has a mobility and a flexibility for controlling height as required is provided to ensure open space of an office without conventional partitions by providing a multi-functional table with the elevational partition. CONSTITUTION: The elevational partition(1) comprises a partitioning portion(10), an elevated device and a spaced board(30). The partitioning portion(10) comprises an inner space(12) to receive the device, a controller in a form of hand-worked crank load(21) located outside the partitioning portion(10). The board(30) is connected to the device to move upward/downward at its lower end. At upper end of the board(30) forms an upper cover(32) to block a gap of the inner space(12). The board further comprises a plurality of brush strips(72) at both sides of the board to prevent noise from entering into the partition and to improve hiding effect of the strips. The inner space has specific variable dimension and shape corresponding to the board.
