<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a beam joining method capable of efficiently joining a second member in a range at every predetermined angle on a first member. SOLUTION: A work W (a pump shell 21) is rotated at the predetermined number of rotation. The work W is continuously irradiated with the electron beam. The beam is deflect and switched over to first and second surface areas S1 and S2 which are separated from the center of rotation by the working radius and separated in the Y-axis direction (the circumferential direction) by the predetermined amplitude in a manner synchronous with the rotation of the work W (the pump shell 21), the electron beam is irradiated in a superposing manner in the range A at the predetermined angle in a following manner to the rotational movement of the work W (the pump shell 21), and blades 22 are joined in each range of the pump shell 21.</p> |
