PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skin care preparation having improved physiological function of the skin and so excellent in skin moisturizing effect, skin-beautifying effect, improving action for skin-chapping, compatibility with the skin, stability and safety. SOLUTION: This skin care preparation is obtained by combinedly using one of extract mixtures derived from specified plants such as Matricaria chamomilla L., Foeniculum vulgare Miller, Humulus lupulus L., Achillea millefolium L., Melissa officinalis L. and Viscum coloratum Nakai var. lutescens Miyabe et Kudo (or Viscum album L. var. lutescens Makino), one or more extracts selected from a specific plant group and one or more selected from vitamins, vitamin-like affectors other than carnitine, and their salts and derivatives, and formulating the resultant in a skin care preparation base. Skin- care is performed by combinedly using two or more selected from these skin care preparations. |
